Office All-Rounder
We are seeking an Office All-Rounder to join our small team at All States Concrete Equipment on a casual basis. The candidate will assist the head mechanic by booking in and invoicing jobs, and perform a range of office-related task as required. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, and has excellent computer skills. Previous experience in the construction industry would be advantageous, but not required.

Located in Kensington, All States Concrete Equipment is a repair workshop, retailer, and wholesaler of concrete construction equipment. We service both commercial and trade building markets, providing expert advice to both local and interstate customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Invoicing customers
- Raising and receipting of purchase orders
- Preparing weekly sales reports
- Raising warranty claims
- General office administration duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A high level of computer skills
- Quick learner
- High attention to detail
- Experience with Xero accounting software would be advantageous
This is a casual position. Days and hours are negotiable.
