We are currently looking for a Team Assistant /Office Administrator who is looking to become part of a hard-working, professional boutique accountancy firm based in Northern Sydney.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy role with a broad range of responsibilities. You will be working in a friendly, positive work environment with great work/life balance and training provided where necessary.
The role:
Provide support for the Director and Manager where necessary such as diary management, sending meeting requests, email management and travel arrangements
Responsible for greeting, welcoming, directing visitors
Complete adhoc administrative duties including updating systems and general organisation of all office files, paperwork
Co-ordinating meeting room bookings and provide general administrative support across the organisation
Great work/life balance including flexibility and great working environment
Requirements:
Must have experience working as an Office Administrator / Team Assistant within an Accounting Practice
Must have experience supporting senior Director levels within an organisation
Bubbly and energetic with great communication skills both written and oral
Excellent client service skills and developing long-term relationships with clients
Responsible for greeting, welcoming, directing visitors
Excellent timekeeping and attendance
Strong understanding of Practise Management Software and Tax Agent Portal
To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated with a pro-active attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. You must be well presented with great communication skills and come from a background across Financial or Professional services.
