Responsibilities:

Overall, your role will be to provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships to a loyal customer base.

  • Answering the BUSY phones and inbound email enquiries
  • Providing accurate and detailed information on products, availabilities and pricing
  • Entering quotations and orders into CRM
  • Maximising sales opportunities by maintaining strong relationships with your customers
  • Proactively following up with customers on order status/delays/promotions
  • General administrative work - updating CRM as changes happen

As a Customer Service/Administrator, you will be down to earth, hold a professional yet friendly manner over the phone with well-developed administrative skills. You are willing to learn and love problem solving. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position is required, and a background in wholesale or manufacturing with be highly regarded.
