ABCO Timber Wholesale Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Receptionist/All Rounder to join our team for Maternity Leave cover from starting as soon as possible.
The successful applicant will be responsible for
General Administration Duties.
Manage & direct incoming phone enquiries and messages
Entry & creation of inovices in MYOB Premier
Assisting with ad hoc administration and office support duties
Skills and experience required
Proven experience in a similar type of role
Intermediate skills at least in the MS Office suit of programs
Experience using MYOB Premier accounting software A MUST.
Happy to work in a small office environment
