Job tasks and responsibilities

An exceptional level of professionalism and communication skills is a must as you will be representing the business both internally and externally. You will possess great organisational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure.  Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Reception overflow as required
  • Providing general administrative support – maintaining supplies, printing, packing & sorting of materials
  • Providing program support – logistics, completing organisational checklists
  • Formatting of resources and learning materials
  • Data entry
  • Website updates
  • Project work as required

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Completed VCE or Equivalent
  • Professional appearance
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Intermediate computer skills, in particular Microsoft Word
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Strong ability to self-manage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Formatting experience desired
  • Knowledge of the VCE or HSC system desired
