Due to growth, a unique opportunity currently exists for a motivated and career-focused client services assistant to join our Client Services team in our Sydney CBD office.
The Role
This role is responsible for providing effective and efficient assistance to our client services team. The role requires a commitment to driving our continuously evolving, superior client service standards. You will be surrounded by like-minded professionals that are passionate about our service standards.
Key responsibilities of this role involve:
- Next day meeting confirmations (via phone or SMS) on behalf of client services;
- Preparing and collating new client packs for daily mail outs;
- Registering new legal files;
- Scanning and saving new files to our document management system;
- Various other tasks to support the team

About You
This is an entry level role and would suit a recent HSC graduate.
You will have the drive to ensure the highest quality client service outcomes for our clients and your organisational and communication skills will set you apart from the rest.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Highly developed organisational skills
- A passion for client service
- A willingness to engage collaboratively in a dynamic, team- and service-oriented environment
- Exceptional written, verbal and phone skills
- Strong presentation skills
- A hands on approach with a 'Can Do' attitude
- An ability to work autonomously and independently to achieve objectives
