- 8am to 4pm - Monday to Friday
- Permanent, full time position
Orgment Talent Solutions is looking for an Accounts / Office all-rounder based in the reception desk to join this relaxed, stable and friendly building company in Seaford. This autonomous role reports to the director while assisting a close-knit team with all reports and basic administration tasks.
Day to day duties would include:
- Handling incoming calls and visitors
- Data entry
- Cross referencing bills to purchase orders
- Accounts payable / receivable tasks including processing invoices, data entry, batching payments and reconciliations using Xero
- Be key point of contact to numerous tenants who share a premises
- Updating social media and website
- Filing
- Taking minutes of meetings
The successful applicant:
- Demonstrate success within a similar all-rounder type role
- Have excellent computer skills and ideally experience using Xero
- Strong attention to detail
- Have an excellent "can-do" attitude
- Be self-motivated and the ability to meet deadlines
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work proficiently in a team and autonomously
