This role is central to both our customers and the staff that provide service to them.
Our National headquarters are based in a brand new building located in the inner West.
The business enjoys strong relationships in both measures of time and quality of customers. Customers include three state government, hundreds of small to medium businesses and three of the largest companies in Australia, all recognised leaders in their industry.
The successful candidate will thrive on high quality service, have a warming personality, be well spoken, display an exceptional telephone manner and always maintain a friendly disposition.
To be successful in this role, you need to have proficiency with MS Office with intermediate Word & Excel skills and some knowledge of MYOB or a similar accounting package.
You must be able to demonstrate solid administration experience in customer service, office management and have some accounts based knowledge.
Responsibilities include
- Liaising with customers over the phone, and helping customers with ordering online.
- Incoming and outgoing emails to customers and suppliers.
- Support the MD with operational requirements.
- Support field staff as required.
- Resolve any customer enquiries
- Accounts receivable
