Work and Travel Company is Australia's leading provider of services to working holiday visa travellers. We are looking for a Job Placement Consultant to join us on a permanent basis, with an immediate start for the right person.
The role is a varied position that offers an excellent opportunity for someone who has a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service. You will be handling job seekers who are looking for work, and placing them in to a wide range of roles in many different industries (incl hospitality, blue collar / labour and customer service). We are looking for someone who has the ability to work in a fast paced environment, can work as part of a team and "think on their feet".
We are a small, pro-active, fast paced and growing business seeking a self-starter who wants a new challenge – strong business administration / hospitality and customer service backgrounds will all be looked upon favourably.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and personality above all else.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):-
- Interviewing and placing our candidates into work
- Looking after the casual recruitment needs of a variety of Sydney based clients / companies
- Handling a high daily volume of customer enquiries by phone / email / face to face interactions
- Multi-tasking, prioritising and executing your workload efficiently
- Working in fast paced/time sensitive environment whilst maintaining high customer service levels at all times
- Offering advice on CV's and job seeking in other parts of Australia (outside of Sydney)
- Conducting information / orientation sessions to groups of up to 50+ people who have just arrived in Australia
- Offering outstanding service and assistance to our customers and clients alike at all times.
You must be confident, highly organised and motivated. This position will suit someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive work attitude and an excellent work ethic.
