Requirement:

We are an experienced Administrators for a temporary role based in Dandenong. This is a 6 month temp role, with potential to extend depending on business needs. It is required that you have no annual leave requirements in the first 2 months. Hourly rate for this role will be $28-30 per hour. Hours of work are full time (38 hours per week) Mon-Fri 0730-1600. Start date will be asap mid-late July. This role is based within a construction environment so we particularly welcome applicants from a similar background.

Tasks:

  • General administrative duties
  • Communications with internal/external clients
  • Documentation and filing of relevant paperworks
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Dealing with queries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner
  • Use of computers - Microsoft package particularly Excel
  • Any other duties required by management

Skills and Experience:

  • 1 year plus experience in similar administrative role within an office environment
  • Experience within a construction/engineering environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office package - particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with clients
  • Previous experience in processing fast and accurate data entry
  • Ability to work well both within a team and on own initiative
  • Flexible and able to work to changing pressures and priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
