MedicalDirector was established 25 years ago, but with the energy and vision of a start-up, together, we want to make people healthier around the world. We have facilitated over 60 million patient consults last year and we provide solutions to GPs, Specialists, Pharmacists and Hospitals, so we understand the healthcare landscape and know what is needed to continue to push the boundaries of healthcare delivery.

We are looking for an empowered individual like yourself to join our Administration team in a trendy atmosphere in the city. A space that facilitates collaboration, openness and creative problem solving with a passion for what we deliver and how we can positively impact our customers to enable their ideal. To unwind there is also a dynamic and fun breakout and games area as well as a wellness room.

You will be at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your environment, customers and colleagues. Helping the team stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.

Working behind the scenes, our admin team, and assistants make a significant impact on the people we support as well as our customers and partners alike. We're adept at leading and managing a variety of simultaneous tasks and projects, which requires the particular talent of being able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation.

Your role will include:
• Greeting Guests
• Manage meeting rooms
• Managing office stock levels
• Catering & coffee orders
• Manage incoming/outgoing calls, mail, courier and emails
• Manage office maintenance
• Assist with event coordination
• Assist with improvement initiatives
• General Ad Hoc as required

Skills & Experience:
• Willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty
• Enjoy working collaboratively with other parts of the business
• Ability to work under pressure
• Innovative and forward thinking
• Must have capacity to multi-task
• Able to remain calm & diligent in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, approachable and personable
• Organisational skills are a must
• Must be a team player who is happy to help others workload when required
