The role
PHS is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Receptionist and Reservations Assistant to join our team. As the Receptionist & Reservations Assistant, you will be responsible for effectively delivering an exceptional level of service and care to all guests, via both face-to-face contact on reception and verbal phone contact in reservations, in a courteous and professional manner.
To be considered, you must possess the following skills and attributes:
- Previous administration skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service skills, with excellent verbal communication techniques
- Ability to work together as part of a dynamic team
- Experience in effectively managing a high volume of incoming phone calls whilst providing the guest with detailed, accurate information
- Demonstrate exceptional employee presentation standards
- Attention to detail and prompt attention to guests
- Highly motivated, energetic and hard working
This is a casual position working various shifts between 6.15am and 10.15pm across the seven day week, including public holidays. To be successful, you must be available to work a minimum of three days per week. You will have previous experience in a similar role including processing sales transactions and possess the relevant skills to work in both roles (reception and reservations).
