Seven Mackay are currently seeking to appoint a part-time Sales Assistant, working 27.5 hours per week. This role is suited to someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and a proactive approach is paramount. Prior experience in media is preferred.
The primary responsibility is to provide administrative and sales support to the Mackay Sales Team and will report to the Mackay Sales Manager.
Duties include:
- Reception relief and data entry
- Preparation of Reports
- Sales Administration
- Sourcing data for analysis
- Sponsorships, promotions and functions assistance
- Assistance to Account Executives
The successful applicant will also be cross-trained to provide assistance in other administrative areas of the office. You must be a team player with a high standard of work ethic and a commitment to strive for continuous improvement. Advanced computer skills are essential, as is a strong attention to detail.
