Our Client is the financial markets partner of new south wales public sector agencies, they deliver debt financing and investments outcomes for there clients using their financial expertise and significant economies of scale. As part of the new south wales government, they have a unique understanding of their clients and share genuine alignment of interests.

About the Role
  • The Concierge will commonly be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors to the office, playing an essential role in setting the professional standard for service delivery.
  • The Concierge will welcome and appropriately direct visitors to meeting rooms and work spaces, coordinate refreshments and catering, manage audio visual requirements and perform reception/administrative tasks as needed.
  • Concierge services are provided between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
  • The role will operate on a rotational basis with the early shift from 8:00am to 4:30pm and the late shift from 9.30am to 6:00pm.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day reception, refreshment, catering and technology requirements for the Front of House meeting rooms and hospitality spaces to established standards;
  • Manage meeting room services, including audio visual requirements, and maintain the presentation of the Market Place;
  • Provide reception and switchboard services to internal and external clients;
  • Collaborate with the Front of House Manager to execute the strategy, and support continuous improvement to stay relevant and aware to the clients’ requirements;
  • Manage client feedback to ensure client satisfaction and issues are addressed appropriately;
  • Cross train in all roles to enable collaboration as one team, providing a seamless, consistent and polished service delivery to all stakeholders;
  • Rotate in the various concierge functions (desk and host) as required to maximise the support and coverage of the Front of House.

  • Experience in a corporate hotel environment or reception
  • HSC (or equivalent)
