This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing junior Receptionist to work within a globally recognized accountancy company in their modern CBD office.

Client Details

Our client is responsible for providing both business to business and direct to consumer taxation advisory services. They are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals who are seeking to take an ambitious next step within their administrative career.

Description

As an integral member of the Reception team, key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all client interactions - meeting and greeting, over the phone and via email;
  • Maintaining the boardrooms and office calendar;
  • Closely overseeing the calendar of management within the office;
  • Email management of the general company inbox, delegating internally as necessary;
  • Coordinating local, domestic and international couriers;
  • Maintaining documented Standard Operating Procedures for Corporate Services;
  • Preparing thorough hand-over notes and working closely with other receptionists; and
  • Providing general and administrative assistance across the business as required.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of one years’ similar experience in a corporate environment or receptionist position;
  • Will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Will be a well presented, organised individual who takes pride in their work and is able to take initiative to prioritise tasks as required
  • Be confident in their abilities to work autonomously and take initiative to prioritize tasks as necessary;
  • Will have advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel;

  • Will work well as a part of a tight-knit team environment;

  • Will be career orientated within the administrative space.
