Our clients, based in Perth CBD, and surrounding suburbs are looking for experienced Medical Administration staff. This can often be a range of different positions, including:
- Medical Secretaries
- Executive Assistants / Personal Assistants
- Senior Administrators
- Medical / Audio Typists
- Medical Receptionists
- Clinic / Ward Clerks
All positions are based within the health-care industry, which can often be a very fast-paced environment, so suitable candidates will need to hold experience within the health industry, and be quick learners.
Desirable skill-sets/experience:
- Previous medical administration experience
- MS Office skills
- Fast and accurate typing
- TOPAS/Webpas advantageous
- Organisational skills (booking appointments, calendar usage etc.)
- WA Government experience desirable
- Medical terminology advantageous
All positions are classed as temporary/casual, therefore assignments can range anything from one day, to a few weeks, or a few months (or more).
Suitable candidates will need to be available full-time hours (Monday to Fridays, core business hours), and available to start ASAP.
