CONRAD Architects is a boutique design practice, based in Cremorne, who have forged a reputation for creating contemporary yet timeless architecture and interiors. We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team on a part time (approx. 20hours per week), fixed term contract (maternity leave cover).

Primary responsibilities:

  • Diary, email and meeting management for the Director.
  • Coordinate reports, presentations and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the office.
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CONRAD Architects and the Director.
  • General office management.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Experience in administration/executive assistant role.
  • The ability to provide solutions in order to ensure better office management.
  • The ability to show initiative, be proactive and follow things through to completion.
  • A bright and positive personality with a good common-sense approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to work in small office environment.
  • Willingness to assist other staff in the office with an open and positive manner.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills in Adobe Suite (desired, but not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a superior attention to detail.
