The Barbagallo Group distributes a wide range of high-end and affordable automotive brands from dealerships located in Osborne Park and Cannington. They include Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Volvo, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Land Rover, Rolls Royce
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Licence all vehicles for delivery and demo on Department of Transport System
- Update sales & customer details on factory systems.
- Process change of owner details for all demo vehicles
- Bring all used vehicles into stock
- Process all invoices relating to purchase of the vehicle
- Raise purchase orders for accessories & repairs to vehicles
- Enter licensing journals into the ERA system
- Enter customer information into ERA system
- Store Deals in ERA system
- Acquire, process and bail all trade ins on new vehicle sales
- Reception duties when required
Other duties -
- Assisting with customer service within the Showroom
- Any other administrative duties when required
Essential to this position you will have:
- Previous vehicle industry experience – desirable
- Experience in licensing vehicles with the Department of Transport
- Pleasant telephone manner and communication skills
- Well organised and excellent time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Responsibility and accountability with ability to work autonomously
