The Role
We are looking for an energetic Delivery Services Coordinator to facilitate cost effective procurement, vendor management, security access, and IS budget management which drives efficiency through standardisation and best practice service management.
You will also be responsible to coordinate the delivery services function within the Service Delivery department including end to end ownership of the asset management process and IS budget administration.
As the Services Coordinator you will be responsible to:
- Maintain accurate forecast vs actuals budget reporting, managing accruals, capital requisitions, hardware, software and telco
- Participate in monthly meeting with finance team and advise on any abnormalities in relation to financial accruals and internal billing.
- Prepare the annual IS budgets with finance and the IS management team.
- Responsible for end to end asset management including software licensing.
- Implement CMDB and ensure currency; conduct audits where appropriate.
- Coordination of all ICT procurement projects including, ordering and receipt of equipment from suppliers.
- Development of internal process documentation surrounding service delivery such as; Purchase Orders, Finance Process Payment Forms and Capital Requisitions and Business Process Improvement
- Provide monthly/adhoc reports to management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in handling administration duties
- understanding of IT related governance/compliance standards
