What We Are Looking For:

This is a unique opportunity for the right person to join our team and become an integral part of our business in the role of Tutor Coordinator.  

The suitable candidate will have a proactive approach to their work, experienced in building strong working relationships, show enthusiasm whilst providing a professional manner and have the ability to work in high pressure situations.

This is a diverse role that includes a mix of people and sales skills, administrative tasks, project coordination and time management.

Responsibilities:

  • Placement of suitable teachers for upcoming programs, using our current data base.
  • Actively source and recruit new and experienced teachers for our programs.
  • Maintain effective communication with teachers via phone, email or in person.
  • Effectively advise teachers of their duties to ensure the high quality delivery of all programs.
  • Report to Education Manager for optimal program efficiency.
  • Actively promote the company's programs to teachers, families and schools.
  • Effectively advise teachers of their duties to ensure the high quality delivery of all programs.
  • Attend events to supervise the smooth running of programs, ensuring a high level of professionalism is maintained.
  • Administration duties including monitoring, updating and maintaining data base & spreadsheets.
  • Following procedures as set out by the business.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • The ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise.
  • Be highly organised, have effective time management skills and an eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to work as a team but show initiative as required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with a variety of interactions.
  • Excellent rapport with people with a confident, friendly but professional manner to promote the business and interact with teachers and clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a positive "can do" work attitude – ready to take on challenges!
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data input.

Experience of the school system is an advantage, however not essential. Previous sales & high level administration experience will be looked upon favourably.

This position is a Full Time Position and conveniently located South of the River.
