Are you looking for temporary work and have previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist?Our client who are a property company are looking for a highly polished Corporate Receptionist to manage the reception area and assist with administration.
Your main duties will include, answering and transferring calls, meeting and greeting clients, managing meeting rooms, distributing post around the office, dealing with couriers, assisting with client events and administrative support to the team, such as generating documents, reports and presentation with precision.
It is essential that you are very well presented, have first class communication skills and have experience working on a busy corporate reception, banking or financial services experience is preferred.
