Design & Build are currently inviting applications for the role of Administrator, to join a council in Melbourne's east on a contract through until September 2018. This role will see you tasked with being a first point of contact for the department, invoicing, contract and supplier management whilst effectively dealing with Customer Service Requests. 

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Assist with the management of appointments and bookings
• Maintain and update information systems
• Assist with the maintenance of department database
• Coordinate invoicing where required

Requirements include:

• Previous exposure working within the Public Sector; State or Local Government is essential
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and exposure using Council corporate systems
