The Role
Reporting to Systems Implementation Coordinator you will be responsible for dispatching NBN HFC construction jobs to the workforce.
You will manage the software system that enables dispatch, including data quality, training, and subcontractor support in that system. You will also communicate clearly with all stakeholders to support smooth escalation and change management.
Key responsibilities includes (not limited to):
- Create assets and construction jobs in the work management system using supplied templates and tools ensuring high data quality
- Schedule and dispatch jobs in the work management system as directed by construction managers
- Monitor the workforce location and utilisation and distribute work effectively
- Communicate with internal and external workforce via phone and email to manage change to the plan
- Coordinate reallocation of work and follow-up activities in the work management system
- Audit the quality of information in the work management system to determine if jobs were completed to standard
- Input and maintain master data in business systems in a timely and accurate manner per business and contract requirements
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have suitable experience in Project Admin or software support in a large organisation. You will be customer service oriented team player with good verbal and written communication skills. You will be comfortable using existing reports and performing basic data manipulation in spreadsheets. You must have excellent time management skills.
