We are now seeking a self-driven professional to work with our client - Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd. to provide administrative support to the broader retail operations team.

Your new role

  • Provide high level administration support to National Program Manager
  • Offer backup/relief support to National Retail Operations support team
  • Data entry of field operational invoices
  • Coordination and booking of field team travel requests
  • Management of field team expenses approvals
  • Assist Account Co-ordinator with the on boarding of new hirers and exit management of terminating staff in conjunction with relevant HR departments
  • Assist state manager in processing of credit claims, Return Authorities, delivery failures etc
  • Remain aware and knowledgeable of promotional programs, competitive products, and merchandising marketing practices
  • Attend product training sessions, and learn product details and key selling points of products and technologies
  • Forward promotional information and products, including material developed by Marketing and samples to customers
  • Prepare complex reports using internal reporting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Create professional, detailed presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Other requirements and tasks as directed by management

About you

  • Relevant previous experience, preferably in a fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience supporting large teams
  • SAP and CRM experience highly desirable
  • Experience in Advanced Excel function such as V Look Up and Pivot Tables
  • An understanding of the Consumer Electronics industry would be highly regarded
  • A positive, pro-active approach to work
