An opportunity exists to join one of Brisbane’s leading property law firms on a part time basis. The role is for one day a week dealing directly with the professional staff in the office and our clients.

We handle a wide range of high-level property and commercial transactions, as well as a numerous multi-million dollar construction projects. Our clients include a raft of successful businesses other established SME and corporate clients throughout Queensland.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our administration team on a part time basis. The ideal applicant will have a high attention to detail and be able to demonstrate evidence of initiative. They will have exceptional time management skills as well as being efficient and eager to learn.
This role is responsible for contacting clients for payment of outstanding accounts as well as generating and providing schedules of accounts for our larger clients. As part of this role you will be reporting to a director of the firm with your progress and recommendations with following up outstanding accounts. This position involves telephone communication, generation of precedent letters and reports (both in word and excel) and requires accuracy and attention to detail.
This role would suit a candidate who is looking for part time work in a professional office environment. The ideal applicant will be flexible, confident and a good communicator. Due to the nature of this role, previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with Open Practice would be preferred.
We are in the Brisbane CBD within easy walking distance to public transport and the Queen St Mall.
