An opportunity has arisen for a customer focused professional to join our team at Hardings operating out of our Acacia Ridge branch. This position will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement. Working with various team members, you will have excellent interpersonal skills to build solid, long-term relationships.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager; your duties will be varied but are not limited to:

• Processing of customer orders and any additional information needed by the customer
• Liaise with Account Managers , Contracts Office and Customer Service
• Liaising with trade customers and suppliers via phone and email
• Providing excellent customer service
• Organising of special products as specified on builder orders
• Entering of data into excel worksheets
• General office duties, including answering phone calls
• Any other duties specified by your manager or supervisor
