An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a receptionist/administration officer in the Smash Repair Industry.
The position will see you representing our reputable business and delivering a high standard of customer service.
With the above in mind the successful individual must have a can do attitude and display enthusiasm and positive character traits. Furthermore, high level communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation is required.
Your responsibilities include:
- General Office administration
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Data entry
- Processing of invoices
- Coordinating Diaries and Schedules
- Phone bookings
- Liaising with insurance companies and our customers
- Ad hoc tasks as required by Management to meet operational goals.
To be successful you must:
- Have no less than 2 years previous experience in a similar role
- Possess Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Have a friendly and pleasant phone manner
- Have good people skills
- Work well as part of a team
- Display the ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Be efficient, motivated, organized, proactive and show attention to detail
- Have a current driver's licence and own car.
Greek Language skills an advantage but not essential.
