Organisation within Interior Design

Are you favourite shows on television about renovations and interior design?  You may have done a colour consulting course or love magazines that focus on architecture and interiors.  If you have a passion for colour, design, architecture and renovation along with strong administration skills – this job is for you!

One of Australia's well known decorative building brands is looking for a well-presented administrator to co-ordinate samples, appointments along with managing admin and reporting in their beautiful showroom in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs design precinct. 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Working closely with a wide variety of customers including architects, interior designers, tradesman and consumers
  • Internally, liaising with the marketing team, sales executives, management and operations
  • Booking showroom appointments
  • Administration of projects
  • Sending samples to clients and maintaining stock levels of sample products
  • Reporting and administration
  • Use your flair for colour selections and finishes with walk in customers

 

Your skills & experience

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Organised and proactive – you can see what needs to be done and do it!
  • Strong use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM programs
  • Team player and enjoys being part of a fun and professional team
  • Visual merchandising experience is a bonus but not necessary
  • Passionate about colour, design and servicing customers well
