What's on offer?

Our Service & Warranty team have an opportunity for an organised, friendly and customer oriented administrator to join our small team. As the Service & Warranty Administrator, you will work in a small and busy team to provide quality and efficient customer service to our customers and to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in their dealings with us throughout the maintenance and warranty period of their new home.

Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader you will be required to:

  • Provide and encourage an informative, professional and proactive relationship between the clients, Service & Warranty Technicians and the office;
  • Coordinate maintanence and warranty inspections with our clients;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by liaising with clients, suppliers and trades on a daily basis;
  • Create work orders using the Framework Database;
  • Create service and warranty files and documentation; 
  • Manage and prioritise a high volume of calls and emails.

Who we are looking for?

   The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience and well developed customer service and administration experience;
  • Experience managing and prioritising time in a fast - paced environment;
  • Complaints handling experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM programs;
  • Strong client focus and understanding of customer service principles;
  •  Emotional resilience and maturity.
