Your new company
The largest Not for Profit of their kind. Their mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of its members, and provide the highest quality of research, training, development and support. They require a temporary ongoing Facilities Officer on a part time basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating facilities requests throughout the building
- Organising contractors and trades for maintenance and upgrades
- Conducting site inspections, maintenance schedules, works and upgrades
- Contract management with cleaning, catering and other suppliers
- Organising access cards and signing in guests and contractors on arrival
- Administration, invoicing and raising purchase orders for works and suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Facilities or Service Coordinator position
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholder
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise competing work demands and time manage tasks
- Polished and professional presentation
