An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and innovative Administration Assistant, to assist the National Business Development Manager of a fast growing, highly regarded financial services organisation.This is a permanent opportunity for a creative minded, self-driven and professional Administration Assistant with a creative flair. You will be working within a supportive environment and become an integral part of the team, responsible for mediating being Advisers and Consultants, providing essential administrative support and producing professional marketing material.

- Proficient knowledge of Adode, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Publisher
- Proactive and forward thinking attitude!
- Collating, producing and reformatting important documentation for Advisers and internal staff
- Providing pivotal on-boarding of new Advisers and efficiently supporting existing Advisers daily
- Managing and maintaining all social media platforms and other digital networking media and material
- Assisting with the development and organisation for 4 annual interstate events, including annual conference
- Creating and imputing content and design for annual conference newsletter as well as other external advertisements
- Tracking and escalating leads to the business development team
- Assist with other administrative duties when required
