3 Month Fixed Term position.

About the role:
- Data Entry & Data Maintenance
- Submitting and uploading invoices
- Claim processing/billing
- Taking ownership and managing enquiries internally/externally and resolving issues where required
- Maintain accurate and effective filing systems
- Additional tasks as requested by Revenue managers
- Assist in developing a culture within the team that reflects the values of Endeavour Foundation
About you:
- Demonstrated high level customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Experience in effectively handling a variety of calls
- Ability to build rapport and utilise effective listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a Billing role
- Positive "CAN DO" team attitude.
- Availability to work on a rotating roster ranging from 6am - 8pm Mon-Friday with flexibility for weekends
