We are a growing, values driven organisation who are currently experiencing a significant period of growth and to support this, we have an opportunity for a Hoarding and Squalor Manager. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Waterloo office.
Reporting directly to our General Manager of Home and Community Services, this role will see you managing our Hoarding and Squalor services based in the regions of Northern Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter, Southern Highlands, Inner West of Sydney, Orana, Western Sydney, just to name a few, where occasional travel will be required. You will ensure effective collaboration and integration with referral sources and other agencies, build the skills and competency of our Care Advisors and Coordinator’s to ensure a consistent level of performance and you will manage our overall H&S unit.
To be considered a successful candidate, you will have the following:
- Tertiary qualification in health, psychology, social science or related discipline;
- Proven experience in hoarding squalor intervention practices;
- Detailed understanding of government legislation and funding;
- A flexible and positive attitude to working within a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment.
