We're currently seeking to employ an EMPLOYMENT BROKER to join our team across the Bayside & Yarra ESA's.

We are currently in the process of implementing an exciting new Service Model within the Employment Services sector. In response to this we are seeking to employ an experienced Employment Broker who is ready for new challenges to make a positive and empowering difference to our clients across multiple sites.

Your role will entail:

• A genuine passion for recruitment and working with those in need, an ability to meet individual targets and contribute to a strong working culture.
• The main focus of the role is to network with a range of employers, source, and secure relevant sustainable vacancies for our clients.
• Ability to work with a range of varying sized organisations and offer recruitment solutions to the organisation to recruit our talented candidates in sustainable employment
• Not be afraid to source new vacancies to reverse marketing priority candidates as a key business development tactic.
• Work closely with our Employment Coaches to match clients into continued ongoing sustainable employment and placements.
• You will receive assistance from our post placement support team who will work with you to support the candidates to sustain employment and maintain positive working relationships with your accounts

What we're looking for:

• Proven successful experience in sales, recruitment and business development or similar role.
• Previous experience in the Disability Employment Sector and/or working with people with mental health issues to gain sustainable employment.
• Proven ability to "think on your feet", outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to recommend alternative solutions ("think outside the square") to assist our clients.
• Proven case management experience in the Disability Employment Sector.
• Must have strong business acumen
• Knowledge of the labour market and the requirements and expectations of employers.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to listen to feedback.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs
• All employees must have full drivers licence.
