Essential Assessment - Summary
Essential Assessment is a leading online assessment and curriculum resource used by schools throughout Australia to assist them to improve the teaching and learning of Numeracy and Literacy.
Position Purpose
We are currently seeking a Project Officer, Education, to support the development of primary and secondary school paper based and online assessment, and support materials. The role of the Project Officer, Education is to provide administration and project support around assessment, reporting and educational resourcing. It will include use of databases, spreadsheets, editing documents and artwork.
Key Competencies
- A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with educational systems, e.g. schools would be highly regarded.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting a project team.
- Efficient, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines as directed.
- Ability, and experience with, the use of tools such as databases, spreadsheets and editing software.
