As an Assistant Regional Director you will oversee the quality of educational outcomes for students in your assigned Schools through supporting principals and school performance as follows:
- Central Queensland Region - Secondary, Primary and Special
- North Coast Region - Secondary focus
You will actively steer the successful implementation of priorities in curriculum, teaching and learning to ensure school communities are focused on and are achieving continual improvement in student learning outcomes.
You will work closely with a range of stakeholders and directly with Principals, you will have an essential role and opportunity to improve the results and learning experience of students across your area. Similarly you will help mentor and develop Principals and future educational leaders while guiding strategy and having a strong impact locally.
