Your new role:
We are seeking an experienced manager to strategically lead our Conference Producers to research and deliver timely and high-quality conferences and events. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery and productivity of the team, as well as manage larger-scale conferences.
You will primarily be responsible for:

Assessing commercial viability of conferences

Shaping the content of events
-
Ensuring your team meet project deadlines
-
Brief Writing and Project Allocation
-
Being constantly aware of key topics and influences that translate into compelling and successful events

Event management – ensuring conferences flow smoothly

Collaborating with sales, marketing and operations teams internally
What you’ll need to succeed:
The successful candidate will have worked in a deadline and project driven environment, and ideally will have experiences with conferences or training, and have excellent interpersonal skills (approachable, positive, motivated, go-getter attitude!)
We are looking for someone with management experience and a proven track record of leading a successful team to deliver results.
