Your primary focus will be to assists in any aspect of developing, implementing and/or evaluating programs to ensure that they support organisational business objectives, government policy and legislative requirements. Assist with the development of business cases and improvement initiatives by providing and analysing information, including gap analysis and developing “what if” scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the monitoring, refinement and evaluation of operational readiness strategy and performance through gathering and analysing relevant information and statistics
- Report on achievements against expectations and targets across the range of strategic projects and strategies and recommend any required actions or interventions
- Develop performance indicators and systems for monitoring strategies
- Assist with the development of business cases and improvement initiatives by providing and analysing information, including gap analysis
To be considered, you will have the following
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent experience ideally working on a major engineering project
- Strong systems, database and computing skills including use of spreadsheets, graphing, word processing and data manipulation
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate and consolidate reports on short notice and deliver to tight time frames
