This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a new and exciting way of working for the Bank.  You will be part of a shared capability team that delivers technology solutions for business areas that service our Partners (eg. brokers, universities, credit unions) and will have the opportunity to lead Organisational Change Management activities on both technology and cultural change initiatives. 

This job is for you if you love variety and are comfortable with ambiguity. You may be coordinating a change approach and plan for a large, complex project across multiple teams or supporting multiple smaller projects that have a high impact for our people or customers.  You also could be designing and facilitating Discoveries, providing consultancy and coaching services to a business area or embedding our new ways of working to enhance our agile maturity.

The successful candidate will have a good sense of humour, love working in an agile team and of course, demonstrate exceptional coaching and facilitation skills. Ideally, you will have a broad knowledge of the Banking and Finance industry too. 

Key skills and qualifications will include:

  • Experience leading and coaching the change management effort for a medium to large project with complex stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of change management frameworks, practices and techniques.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Agile practices and principles;
  • Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders to meet an outcome
  • Displays positive team attitude and willingness to help wherever Good communication (both written and verbal), presentation, facilitation, relationship management and teaming skills, including the ability to develop productive working relationships.
  • Accreditation in Change Management and/or tertiary qualifications in a business, finance or technology related disciplines
  • Advanced PC skills (Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
