The Change Director is a key function for the IT Infrastructure Services and Operational l Group function.

The role is responsible for evolving the IT Infrastructure Services Operating Model in collaboration with IT Infrastructure Service Delivery and Service Operations across the Group and suppliers/partners. It is instrumental in enabling key stakeholders to agree, adopt and embed changes introduced by the IT Infrastructure Strategic Plan, IT Infrastructure Services Operating Model Strategy and Supplier Sourcing and Management Strategy.

The role will mobilise and manage a small team to support the IT Infrastructure Services Management Office, and ensure effective stakeholder management, organisational transition management, business readiness, communications, and capability development to embed sustainable change and enable business benefits to be achieved.

Skills and experience required:

  • Extensive experience leading high impact transformational and business change in large scale, federated and multisourced environments including transition planning and delivery on a tactical and strategic level.
  • Demonstrated experience developing engagement, governance and operating models
  • Demonstrated strength in working with business implementation and technical partners to understand change being introduced, and in response formulate appropriate change approach, strategy and plans.
  • Extensive experience in delivering organisational change in large technology and business transformation programs including HR management, organisational design, training
  • Solid experience and understanding of Shared Services and Service Integration and Management implementation
  • Experience in and understanding of contemporary Business Improvement methodologies, IT Service Management and their application in large and complex ICT program environments
  • Outstanding engagement, influencing and communication/presentation skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change Management and Business administration
