An amazing Change Lead on a large banking program needs the help of a Senior Change Analyst or Change Manager to help deliver the change artefacts for the project.
To secure the Senior Change Analyst role you will demonstrate experience in:
Supporting the development of the following change management deliverables:-
- Project Stream Stakeholder Matrix
- High Level Impact Assessment (Heat Map)
- Detailed Impact Assessment/Impact Statements
- Internal project and change communications
- Training Needs Analysis
- Updates to existing Supporting Documentation where required
The Change Lead on the project is very well thought-of and very supportive of her team. Despite this, you will need to be comfortable operating autonomously, demonstrating an ability to be a self-starter and to work proactively. To do this, your stakeholder management skills will be highly evident on first meeting.
This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity with a high chance of extension and a daily rate c.$600-700 plus super.
