  • Initial 6 month contract with extensions

Well known educational institution has launched a 2-3 year program to mature its cybersecurity risk and resiliency capability.

The Organisational Change Manager is accountable for the design and delivery of Change Management solutions as an integral part of project delivery for the business. This includes identifying the appropriate change management approach within the project and business context, and working with the Project Manager and Project Owner to engage stakeholders and ensure business readiness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Think broadly about change impacts to business within the context of the program.
  • Identify barriers to the business initiative and develop change strategies, plans, communications and schedules to overcome these barriers.
  • Ensure sustainable change occurs by understanding the requirements of the business and ensuring key areas are operationally ready.
  • Operational accountability for developing and managing the consistent delivery of the Change Management Plan on time, within budget and to appropriate quality standard.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other key leads and seek input and feedback on the effectiveness of the change management plan.

Experience and skills required:

  • Extensive organisational change management experience within a complex IT transformation program.
  • Solid experience in facilitating best practice methodologies (e.g. PROSCI ADKAR) to the delivery teams.
  • Effective influencing skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
