As an Account Manager you will deliver strong insights and find strong impactful customer insights that will help clients inform and transform business decisions for FMCG and retail clients;
- You will lead quantitative studies; questionnaire design, analysis, reporting, insight generation & presenting
- You will provide your clients with clear insights as to what their consumers need and want
- You unlock nuggets of truth that can really shape results
- Ideally you will have some qualitative exposure, in writing discussion guides, IDIs’ and focus groups
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a research, planning or strategy consultancy
- Strong client management and presentation skills
- Quantitative analysis skills – excel, SPSS and Q
- You will have a skilful eye for joining the dots of information
- Passion for understanding human behaviour
