About the Role
An outstanding 6-month opportunity now exists to join us as the Home (Residential) Segment Lead within the Marketing Planning, Performance & Insights team.. In this high-profile and influential role you'll lead and develop marketing strategies and plans across our residential segment. Specifically, you will:
- develop segment strategies and plans and partner with leaders across product, marketing and sales to implement those strategies;
- leverage insights and analytics to lead the development of Customer Value Propositions for the residential consumer segment;
- identify and deliver continual improvements across Customer Promise and ensure that customer experience is at the heart of all sales and marketing activity; and
- partner with leaders across EnergyAustralia to assist in the delivery of the Customer Promise business plan.
About You
To be successful in this role you will come from a strong marketing planning and strategy background with a successful track record in driving business performance improvement. You'll also have exceptional experience utilising data to develop hypotheses, test them and create plans to deliver on business objectives. Ideally, you'll have earned this experience in a large, complex and highly regulated service industry.
In addition to your technical skills and experience you'll be an exceptional leader who is driven, outcome orientated and passionate about customers. You'll also be a great collaborator who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills which enable you to influence and negotiate desired outcomes with a broad range of senior stakeholders.
