Vitag– a privately owned company that not only designs but distributes world class tech solutions to well-known clients within the retail sector throughout Australia, New Zealand and the USA. Established 17 years ago they offer a huge range of anti-shoplifting products and are also one of the largest independent suppliers of tablet stands for securing and displaying tablets for use across hospitality, retail and anywhere a tablet is needed.
  
A varied position has become available for a Marketing Assistant in a role that will split your time between the two business areas.  In this busy environment you’ll need to be super organised whilst proactively multi-tasking in order to efficiently support the Marketing Manager and Brand Manager in day to day tasks such as web management, design/development of marketing and product collateral, assist with targeted campaigns, social media content and promotional updates.
  
In this hands-on role you can expect to:
  

• Assist in the production of fact sheets, brochures, guides and coordinate video production
• Create and maintain price lists
• Build and maintain a resource library to support resellers
• Publish content, make promotional updates and modifications on the company website and internal communication channels
• Assist with social media efforts
• Manage and create vlogs

  
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have
  

• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
• 2 years of marketing experience (6-12 mth graduate placements will be also be considered)
• Problem solving skills and the ability to ‘think outside the box’
• Effective time management, being able to determine priorities
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and Mailchimp
