Reporting to the Business Director you will be responsible for the overall management of the project workflow, from conception to completion, ensuring the consistent delivery of a high standard of work.

About your role:

• You will be converting client briefs into clear actions and milestones
• Includes managing project implementation
• Helping to grow junior members of the team
• Building and growing strong client relationships Contributing to new business prcessScoping projects
• Contributing to the overall agency workflow, from internal WIP and financial meetings to resourcing 
• Generating new business opportunities
• Manage budgets and timelines

About You: 

• You will have 3 -4years of agency experience or relevant in-house or consulting experience
• Your ability to manage client relationships and build new ones will be outstanding
• Your writing will be compelling and engaging, you will write with purpose and enjoy making an impact to the brand's audiences
• You will be experienced in managing small to mid-sized projects and accounts on time and on budget 
• Your hunger to deliver and grow your own, and the organistions, reputation for socila impact amplification will be present in all your work
• You will have a thorough understanding o social media, PR, communications and  digital
