About the role

As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and timely administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Generating and processing Purchase Agreements.
  • Organising travel.
  • Managing customer detail on Clinic website.
  • Co-ordinating logistics of on site meetings.
  • Assist in coordination of trade-shows and trade displays.
  • Co-ordination of Business Unit presentations.
  • Distribution of promotional materials to sales team.
  • Assisting with the implementation of marketing promotions.
  • Managing Marketing CRM relationship and all aspects of online ordering system.
  • Co-ordination of mailouts, eDM campaigns and email blasts.
  • Assisting in the development of promotional flyers, brochures.
  • CRM Administrator for Aesthetic Skin CRM system.

Selection Criteria

  • 2+ years experience in a marketing/sales administration role (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Salesforce experience advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • High quality written, verbal and numeracy skills.
