About the Company

About the Role
This position assumes the role of marketing subject matter expert for the company. You will develop the annual marketing plan to support distribution partners and drive sales through trade. You will manage relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally whilst managing budgets and forecasts for the Marketing department.
Duties
- Develop and implement marketing plans, B2B and B2C;
- End-to-end management of promotional campaigns and advertising;
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting;
- Customer satisfaction activities;
- Staff management - small team;
- Relationship management with travel trade;
- Stakeholder management; and
- Sales team support.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar level role;
- Backgrounds from insurance, financial services and travel industry will be highly regarded;
- Experience in large multi-brand organisations;
- Leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to varied levels of seniority; and
- Tertiary qualified.
This role requires a significant amount of autonomy and will require driven, ambitious and commercially-minded candidates.
