Your New Role

Responsible for the implementation of Crestron’s day-to-day paid digital marketing activities across the brand’s network. The incumbent’s key priority is to define the paid media strategy via social and display to drive leads generation and brand engagement.

This includes management & coordination of all digital assets and marketing channels (including but not limited to) paid and organic search, social media, and display i.e. Google Stack (DoubleClick Studio, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleClick Bid Manager etc.)

Your Key Responsibilities 

SEM
* Work collaboratively with Crestron’s media agency to develop and implement the  brand’s Pay-Per-Click campaigns
* Ensure that all campaigns are set up and tracked accurately inside Google Adwords  accounts.
* Analyse campaign performance data to optimize and improve performance.
SEO
* Understands or has some knowledge of on-page and offsite optimization
* Works closely together with US team and media agency to help drive SEO strategy for both brand and product campaign perspectives for APAC  i.e. SEO writing

Display
* Work collaboratively with Crestron’s media agency to develop and implement the brand’s Display campaigns.
* Ensure that all campaigns are set up and tracked accurately.
* Analyse campaign performance data to optimize and improve performance.
* Manage the change out of prices on dynamic banners across the entire network.
* Work with creative teams to ensure dynamic banners are built according to specs.

Social Media
* Work collaboratively with Crestron’s media agency to develop and implement the brand’s paid social campaigns.
* Ensure that all campaigns are set up and tracked accurately.
* Create and maintain facebook ads across product categories (i.e. carousel, dynamic etc).
* Build the brief deck for both creative and media agencies for content refresh on a monthly basis.
* Analyse campaign performance data to optimize and improve performance.
* Community Management (responding to messages and queries)

Data tracking, analysis and optimization
* Design, build and administer single and multi-variant A/B testing campaigns to optimize performance of Crestron’s paid media channels.
* Provide analytics support for Always On and tactical campaigns/promos using Google Analytics and DoubleClick Campaign Manager.
* Analyse and report performance of campaigns and initiatives to extend current strategies, identifying growth opportunities and action plans.
* Assist in the build and maintenance of Crestron’s cross-channel/tactic marketing dashboard

What you will need to be successful

Essential traits

* Degree qualified in a digital marketing, advertising or multimedia related field.
* At least 2 years of work experience in a Digital Marketing role or online marketing environment
* Digital media agency background will be preferred Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. * Demonstrable experience in SEM/SEO, social media marketing and display advertising.
* Has experience with using website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics).
* Understands lead generation flow-through process from website to tracking campaigns in salesforce
*Ensures all digital marketing campaigns are in line with global practices

* Ability to understand technical architecture i.e. setting up campaigns in adwords account, HTML, CSS and JavaScript (Read and write)
* Possesses an analytical mind and curiosity in how digital media channels work together
* Maintain and develop a deep understanding of the of latest Social Media strategies, networks and opportunities to ensure continual enhancement and delivery of value add
