As part of a close marketing team you will work together in the the development and execution of a range of marketing campaigns, activities and projects that span across the marketing mix.
This will involve a host of regular, BAU activities as well as numerous exciting major marketing projects that are coming up over the next 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive the brand towards targets and objectives
- Develop and executive end to end, multi channel marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
- Assist in the leadership of junior team members to drive productivity, collaboration and innovation
- Drive communications to members and stakeholders in regards to the brand and marketing activities
- Manage the design and production of a range of marketing communications tools
- Provide monthly reporting on marketing activities to the board and management
Key Requirements:
As a 'Marketing Executive' ready to step up to the next level or a Marketing Manager eager to take more ownership and potentially manage the team in the future, you will have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- 5+ years broad marketing experience with skills across the marketing mix including digital
- 3+ years experience in investment management/wealth management/financial planning sectors- ESSENTIAL
- Strong understanding of investment management/wealth management products/market etc (RG146 qualifications or similar an advantage)
- Understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Strong project management and reporting analytic skills
- Strong team player, able to build relationships and work with stakeholders at all levels
